Subject to availability

(1) Do not soak your feet before using a metal foot file or file after a shower. Skin needs to be dry and hardened.

(2) Use the coarse side to remove excess dead skin with medium pressure in short strokes. Do not press too hard or remove too much skin.

(3) Use the fine side to buff and smooth skin after. Avoid using on infected or inflamed skin.

(4) Apply your favourite foot moisturiser.

This pedicure tool is designed with removable abrasive surface plates for easy cleaning.
