This pedicure tool is designed with removable abrasive surface plates for easy cleaning. Clean with warm water and an alcohol wipe to remove any bacteria.

This is for individual use only and keep out of reach of children. Do not use on inflamed or infected skin to cause further irritation.

1. Do not soak your feet before using a metal foot file or file after a shower. Skin needs to be dry and hardened.
2. Use the coarse side to remove excess dead skin with medium pressure in short strokes. Do not press too hard or remove too much skin.
3. Use the fine side to buff and smooth skin after. Avoid using on infected or inflamed skin.
4. Apply your favourite foot moisturiser.
